Flexible Cancellation Policy:

• More Than 120 Days Prior: Cancellations made more than 120 days before the conference incur a $200 administrative fee.

• Within 100 Days: There are no refunds, but you may be allowed to shift to a different event or credit to be used later.

• Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 60 days after the company receives the cancellations. Force Majeure & Natural Causes:

In the event of natural disasters, industrial actions, terrorism, or any other unexpected circumstances that lead to the conference's cancellation, registrations and accommodation can be transferred to future events, but no refund will be made.

Visa Support:

Precision Global Conferences (PGC) provides Visa Support Letters for visa application support. The applicants are responsible for their visa arrangements.

Eligibility for Visa Support Letter:

• Conference Registration: Complete your registration and abstract submission.

• Passport Scan: Attach a scan of your valid passport.

• Institutional Support: Attach a letter from the institution stating support for your participation, if needed.

• Advance Request: Send requests well in advance to give time for processing.
