The International Obesity and Metabolism Conference, organized by Precision Global Conferences, will be held at the Village Hotel Changi, Singapore. The event begins at 8:30 AM with a grand opening ceremony, followed by keynote speeches, expert sessions, and poster presentations. Attendees are advised to arrive early so that they won't miss the opening activities.

Submitting Your Abstract

Please submit their abstracts well before the deadline to make sure you consider them. Submissions should contain all essential details, including the author’s name, email, abstract title, preferred session, and presentation format (oral or poster). Only one submission per abstract is permitted, and articles under review elsewhere will not be accepted. All abstracts should be submitted in standard American English to enhance readability for reviewers.

A dedicated panel will thoroughly evaluate submissions based on clarity, originality, and relevance to the conference theme. Abstracts must adhere to the 250-word word limit and undergo editing as necessary for brevity and style. After the review, participants will be notified of their abstract status via email.

Abstract Review and Selection Process

A panel of experts with diverse expertise will evaluate submitted abstracts. Each abstract must adhere to a strict 250-word limit, including any references. The review team will assess submissions based on originality, relevance, clarity, and scientific significance.

Reviewers are assigned abstracts within their areas of specialization to ensure a focused and accurate evaluation. They will provide their feedback within three days of receiving the submissions.

The review committee reserves the right to edit abstracts for brevity, grammar, and style to enhance quality and readability. Once the evaluation is complete, participants will be emailed to be notified of their abstract’s acceptance or revision status.

On-Site Registration Process

Registration begins at 8:00 AM on the first day of the conference at the designated venue. Upon check-in, participants will receive a conference badge, a program folder, an abstract book, and lunch vouchers. The onsite coordination team will be available to help with any questions throughout the event. Please bring your vouchers to the restaurant staff for lunch service.
