Cancer in Obesity

Obesity has been always one of the most concerning medical disorders that is prevalent at global level. This disorder can significantly increase the chances of cancer. Breast cancer, colon cancer and cancer in other organs like uterus, kidney, pancreas are commonly known. Altered hormone levels like estrogen and insulin causes many changes at the metabolic level and these changes can favour tumour growth. Key approaches to combat obesity are to adapt healthy lifestyle and do regular exercise, this not only reduces cancer risk but also helps to improve overall growth.
