I work in the Department of Economics and Related Studies at the University of York, special- ising in health and labour economics. My research explores the causal effects of obesity and mental wellbeing on labour market outcomes using advanced econometric methods, including instrumental variables, Mendelian randomisation, and person-centred treatment effects. I have presented my work at major international conferences such as ASHEcon and IHEA, and I am pas- sionate about understanding how health inequalities shape employment trajectories and broader economic outcomes.
