Biography
Dr. Nawinda Vanichakulthada is a pediatrician and public health researcher at the College of Medicine and Public Health, Ubon Ratchathani University, Thailand. Her research encompasses obesity management, intensive lifestyle modification interventions, and public health strategies for non-communicable disease prevention across Southeast Asian populations. She has led clinical studies investigating COVID-19 vaccine efficacy, meal replacement-based weight management programs, cancer prevention strategies, and early detection approaches for Alzheimer's disease. Dr. Vanichakulthada focuses on developing scalable, culturally-appropriate interventions for resource-limited settings. Her work contributes to evidence-based approaches for tackling obesity, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease in Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region.
